so far im stuck between this one, which has a 9 R value

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=263602_263622

and this one which only has a 4.5, but looks much cleaner

this should work, its a foil type thing and says there is a option to tape it on, which im guessing should work on a wooden door. think that one has a r-value of 6

anyone happen to know how much weight i should be able to add to my garage door without having to adjust or getting new torsion springs? right now it only has one spring on it but i dont know the rating. ive decided that after i get the insulation kit in im going to cut some FRP fiberglass panels to put in ontop of it so it looks better. only problem is it will take 4 4'x8'x.090" panels which come out to weighing an extra 84 pounds or so.
