Me and my friend are taking our girls out tomorrow night for their b-day dinner (same b-day).
Just wondering if any of u know any good and romantic restaurants around midtown, downtown, and Cheshire Bridge area. Price doesn't matter.
thanks

Alright... since no one can suggest anything, we decided to go to Roy's.

where is Roys at homey?
sorry I just saw this post...
For a good view and decent food The Sundial is pretty cool. It is a rotating restraunt on top of the 72nd floor of The Westin hotel at Peachtree Plaza. Since it is cool outside and there really has not been that much smog in the sky you should be able to see far. Sunset is obviously the best time to set your reservation. You can also go to the bar only for $3 dollars I believe if you just want a place to chill before or after you eat somewhere else. I recommend it.
Oh. The number is 404-588-5343, reservations are not required but recommended. They say that they are known for their steaks. It is romantic.
I would recommend Sundial for the ambience, but not their food. the steak is ok at best, and @ $50/plate there are much better places.
Ruth's Chris? One off Roswell Rd exit, (285), one off Lenox Rd. Great service, awesome steaks.
count it!

here's their website: http://www.roysrestaurant.com
Oh yeah as for sundial, I ate there before and didn't like it. That's why we wanna try somewhere else. But I did went up there for drinks after Roy's last night. Yup so we spent a lot money last night....

I tried to tell you guys, Rathbun's is the place to go! reservations are tight so make a week in advance....Sundial is ehh....the only thing it's good for is sitting on the bar floor and just chilling....but drinks are ridicously priced as well...I payed $28 for two martini's. They have like a 22% luxory tax.
oh yeah, just do like me and stay at the Westin, and the elevator ride is free![]()
I guess we'll try Rathbun next time. I checked out their website and looks pretty good to me.
They never charged me for the elevator. But yeah I do wanna stay there one night just for fun. Got any hook up?Originally Posted by AznTraitor

dantes down the hatch if you like fondu. or cheesecake is fairly nice and excellent food... if you want extreme then carbos is and good. a very nice romantic resturant is 57 fighter group (especially if you can get a window table and watch the planes land at night is awesome and not too expensive)
is 57 the joint near P-DA? I'm tryin to think if it was called that... anyways, I spent many lunch hours over there once upon a time...
