ive done different work for different bars down here in statesboro and the main guy that owns our bars was speaking to a few of us about opening a bar in kennesaw. anyone of yall ever been to rumrunners/plantation room here? how do yall feel about a new bar in town? do yall need a new bar? its pretty much a daq bar until the weekends, then we open the other side as a regular bar and dance floor.

been there many times when I lived in the boro- it would just be another bar around here. they are a dime a dozen - especially with Atlanta so close- you will really have to do something new and amazing to keep a crowd.

Those are all within a 2 mile radius of KSU. Titlted kilt has tits and sports, taco mac is mainly sports only, twisted taco is dancing, tits and alcohol, baileys is the resident douchebag bar, cowboys is the redneck party central

then you got the usuals like hooters, olde towne grill, etc.

You have more than 100 restaurants within a 5 mile radius prob 50 alone on barrett parkway.

I think it's a bad idea , you would make money for 6 months until you weren't "cool" to go to anymore.

From your pics you would have tons of competition around here so you would have to do a ton of promoting and marketing.

Tilted kilt and taco mac do well because they attract people during the day. They cater to business men on lunch as well as the ksu kids at night.

Twisted taco was the place to go to but I think it's dieing down now. They had q100 there on Fridays I went once against my will and it was retarded packed I hated it.

Baileys does 2$ beers on Tuesdays and it is full of douchebag ksu fucks and skanks. Not my crowd

LOL Twisted Taco isnt much. Baileys is nice to go to play pool, and drink some beer, get some great food also. They also have some fine ladies in Baileys usually. Douchebags is your reference but you comparing it to Twisted Taco the way you did is a joke. Now Twisted TACO in Midtown is nice.

Twisted Taco last year (the time i went) on a friday night was WALL TO WALL packed and Q100 was there or whatever. The bartenders were all 10's with fake tits, the crowd was typical KSU kiddies.

Now i havent been back since, but i heard it died down, and now Baileys on Tues is where everyone goes.

Kennesaw is run by Tilted Kilt and Baileys really. I refuse to go to Twisted Taco and Cowboys.


Tilted Kilt has some great waitresses and good priced beer, no pitchers tho. Baileys is good for just hanging out and playing pool and seeing friends. Not the best place to pick up ladies.

Some pretty decent info here. I go out every night, 5 out of 7 days in Kennesaw.

I have a few friends that promote in Kennesaw (yea lame, lol) so let me know if you need help getting it off the ground.

I like hanging out at my girls work on saterdays they have a live band and some cool people. She works at Elevation Chophouse & Skybar not much oh a party place just a nice relaxing spot.

A lot of Kennesaw people here. I live off New Chastain and never go to any of the bars around here. The all tend to lack diversity. None of them are really my taste because I like laid back spots with good music that keep lame guys and dumb girls to a minimum. Uptempo loud places are alright too, but they always tend to be the places where people are so annoying. For some reason I haven't found that one place here that's kind of like the place where you can just chill after work, have some good beer without breaking the bank, and be around a diverse group of people.

I need to check out that Elevation spot. That's right near the airport right? I always pass it on my way to the chiro.
