    Default Your Definition of Happiness

Please leave this in the WL because it gets the most traffic.

    This should get interesting, hopefully.

What is your own personal definition of Happiness?

    Meriam-Webster defines it as:

"A state of well-being and contentment : joy : a pleasurable or satisfying experience."

I think it is a little deeper than just that, but I would like to know what you guys think.

The key to happiness is being content with what you have.

No one is "happy" all the time... The high of "happiness" is fleeting, as is the lows of depression (given a healthy mindset). Anyone that tells you that you can be happy all the time is either on drugs or trying to sell something.
