Many christians beleive that John the Baptist was a follower of Jesus but the truth is John baptized Jesus in the River Jordan and soon after was taken into custody and be-headed. John the baptist was Jesus before Jesus came to him to be baptized and then the holy spirit came down in the form of a dove. That is how the story is told. John would travel around preaching the word of god just like Jesus did. Sounds to me like Jesus was actually the successor to John the Baptist. This is just a simple way of explaining it.
The cold hard truth is there is very little scientific evidence of the Bibles validity, period point blank.

None of you have done any in-depth research on these things...all you do is listen to these points of science that scientists and other religions have tried to use to disprove the Bible and Jesus for years...it hasn't worked yet, so don't think you're asking any new questions that haven't been looked into.
Do some research, and then maybe you'll see the truth.
Josh McDowell, a world famous debater and speaker spent years researching and debating AGAINST Christians and Christianity as a whole...he tried forever to disprove christianity and the bible...guess what...he is now a christian and has all the evidence anyone should need to see the real truth. Christianity has the most documents that coincide with when the Bible was written to prove its truth.
As I said once before...look up Josh McDowell...he spent years researching the "truth" of the Bible, and whether or not Christianity is the way to Heaven.

what i believe is that the world will not end , but it will change from how it has been to a state that hasnt been seen before according to our "history". things that were hidden from common view will be reintroduced, questions we've asked ourselves will possibly be answered. and people will .......well fuck it.
