What he meant by saying going to the moon without a needle, was saying actually being on the moon. And not being on drugs and thinking you are on the moon. You know, shooting up heroin, doing acid and/or LSD. Maybe even shrooms. Now I have watch people melt down different pills and shoot them up. Or Crush them into water and shoot them up.
