Default Best Burger in GA! ?

The best burger hands down is from Ann's snack bar off of memorial. Looking through Atlanta's best restaurants of 2009 it was ranked best in GA. I believe it is 2nd in the nation. So I thought I would give it a try. Anyhow when you go, get the Ghetto Burger combo. Shit is scrumptious!! Type in Ghetto Burger on Google and you will be able to find the place. If you don't think this is the best, first you are crazy! Second what is?

Holy shit, I pass that on my normal biking loop, how have I missed it? I'll have to check it out.

I'd say the Vortex has the best that i've tried, the Flatiron is a close 2nd but they're more traditional.

    vortex is ok.

Ghetto burger is a good burger because of all the toppings not because of the quality of the beef.

I judge a burger based on a piece of meat with no ketchup or mayo allowed (mustard is ok)

    lettuce, onion and tomato.
    cheese depending lol

have to be able to get the full taste of the meat

meat quality is where a burger starts. if it doesnt taste superb with no toppings, its a failburger. i can take a wal-mart burger and top the hell out of it and make it awesome.

and a kobe beef burger must have run you at least 50 bux. I heard its the best and most flavorful burger due to the impressive marbling quality of kobe beef.

FUCKING DEAD ON THE MONEY RIGHT HERE. No one else in town even comes close to touching this burger. Get there early, they only make 24 burgers a night. Order by 9pm get your burger by 10pm. I suggest you sit at the bar and make friends with the bartenders they will make sure you get a burger if you are drinking. The burgers are pretty simple, Fresh ground meat(shortribs and chuck), Good Cheese, Buns made the same day at their bread shop, homemade ketchup and mustard, fresh onions and homemade pickles, thats all. They also have excellent drinks(no vodka).

Not a fan of Six Feet Under (made me sick last time)
The Earl in East Atlanta is awesome! Every once in awhile I'll hit them up for 2 pm breakfast. Never had their burger though, which do you suggest?

hey guys, theres a colombian place called max ricas, its behind the quicktrip in riverside parkway (gwinnett), the burguers there are awesome, they arent cheap, but I strongly recomend it. the people that hits the sonic on thursdays should stop by and try it out.
i know the owner and she told me that in an average week they sell 1500 hamburgers. so believe me when i tell you that they are GREAT!!!

i guess i should feel ashamed to mention fuddruckers. Used to enjoy them, but since the one in PTC and Mcdonough closed I just wish we had more stuff down this way in newnan/ptc that was more unique.

To me, fiveguys is alright, id rather go to ruby tuesdays for a triple prime the way i want it then a well done burger.

I have to say Five Guys and Hardees are tied rank as my #1 burger. However, Hardees fries are waaaaaaaaaaay better than any fries I have tried.
