Vortex kills it everytime for me, but I have throw Red Robin in there since the girl works there and I get discounts (A1 Peppercorn!).
Uncle John's BBQ in Rome, GA has good burgers.
They have one called the "half-cow" thats a 2lb patty. You have to call and order then a day in advance so they can be sure they have enough meat on hand to make one, and because its not grilled, its smoked for 6 hours or so. :cheers:
