    heard this phone freezes a lot and cuts off random and has terrible battery life

    guy i work with got his the day it came out....says the battery life tends to get better after a couple full charges....but that the phone is power hungry because of all the programs and what not it runs

    after looking at his yesterday i ordered myself one today....haven't had an upgrade in close to 3 years, i usually pay full price for the phone i want to stay out of contracts but i went ahead and sprung for the 2 yr contract this go around...hopefully it lives up to the hype
