The really only way to get this you will have to work your arse off that 1 year to 2 years and prove to the trucking business you mean business.
I did it in 30 days. Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm, off holidays and weekends. Later, QD.

In this business, it really doesn't matter how you leave a company. For the most part, as long as you have a clean DAC and good driving record, you can get a job. I can quit my job right now, no notice or anything, and probably be working for another company in less than a week. That's how this industry is. Companies are always looking for OTR drivers. Hail when I first started for where I am now, I was fired from Budweiser and hired onto present company in 30 minutes. Literally. Came home from being fired, got online and filled out an online application and had a phone call in 3o minutes and was set up for the orientation.

I really am. Truckers aren't getting paid that much these days. I'll be honest. Not only do I go home every night and have weekends off, but I consistently make in one/two days what a lot of our OTR guys make in a week. They call the account the "Elite Fleet." There is a waiting list longer than I-20 to get on this account. And there are only 15 of us. Later, QD.

Dang our trucks got 65 atleast. I always wanted to drive those Nascar trucks. Bet they get paid very very good. Free upclose seats to the races, party w/ the team, probably free stuff all the time, and some.

They actually get NONE of that. They are not allowed around the crew and such. They simply drive the truck and stay out of the way. Later, QD.
