Who are we to know why? This is where faith kicks in, beleiving that there is some greater picture that we can not see this side of heaven. If that is too hard for you, then blame it on "free will" that was given to us, and the evil that are in men's hearts. There are too many things in this world that can not simple be explained, this is where our faith lies.
