    the only thing is i don't see how half the fucking garbage gets to join when some of them have the IQ of a fucking stump. There is this kid i went to school with who has had i know at least three drug charges and dropped out in 10th grade and made the enlistment process.
    You know better; next time will be a ban.

    Its because he enlisted before FY2009 probably. You could get retards and convicted felons in then. Now that FY2009 and now FY2010 is just around the corner its going to get harder and harder to come in. I am personally glad. Now I just wish we could kick out half of the dumbasses that are in now out.
