The name of the place is R. Thomas. You won't be able to miss it, just look for the screened in outside patio with a whole bunch of plants, a wooden indian, and other interesting stuff. I've been eating their wings now for over 15 years and it is the ONLY place I order wings at. The wings there are the best I've ever had. They are not deep fried, they are baked in a 2" deep pan on a rack. The sauce is something like 8-16 ingreedients and is VERY tasty. I know it's a far drive for you as it is for me. However, just give it a try and you decide if it's worth it for you. I personally happen to LOVE those wings and I've tried to replicate the sauce at home, but have been unsuccessful. So far I've taken at least 50 different people there over the years and all of them have gone back many times, so that should tell you something. Give it a try and let me know.
Also, the homemade bleu cheese, the french toast on challah bread, the homefries, the penne pasta with range chicken, and the omlettes are great too.
