5'6" Weigh 132lbs Max out 145lbs Work out with 4x6 110lbs. I just started working out so I am quite the weakling lol.

ok i went in the gym and tried it this morning, ours only holds 800lbs and i did that 6.25 times, got a girls phone number in the process though. i figure if i really wanted to i could get 2 200lbs guy to sit on the machine and that'd be like 1200lbs, maybe i'll try that.

i am 185lb, i maxed at 315 bench. that pretty good? consider i am asian, most asian are short and skinny. haha

Weigh 245 bench 375 max, 225 x 30, squat 405 25 times, hack squat 900 x 10. I agree that the max not a good measure of strength, but is more common.
A good guide is 225 on the bench, and 405 on the squat... Also safer, less injuries.

We'll the only thing that has changed with me since i started this thread is im lucky if you find me benching, its usually my burnout with 135lbs only, but yesterday i got the urge to bench, and I maxed out at 235lb. weight still 190lb.

when i was working out i could squat 440(never maxed out), bench 300. im 5'10" and 300 lbs
lol its funny though, i look at what some of yall max with and its what i warmed up with. it doesnt help any that all through out highschool i had a class dedicated to lifting weights for football.
