I'll be sure to put down crab grass treatment in the winter, seed the rear (Fescue in rear/Bermuda in front). Will also do Pre emerge in winter and start the landscaping project. I'll add lime in the spring.

I also have 1 hole to fill, sod grows well in sand so sand it is.

No pics of my other lawn...
very nice! I need to get something out for the crabgrass now! I am also having a dumptruck load of sand brought in to level out the whole yard. My shit is so uneven (the ground under the grass) thats why I have to mow it so slow so I don't get all the little brown rings where the blade dips down too low.

Thanks guys, KREEP's crosscut is untouchable though.

Princess was it a foreclosure? Probably fell victim to owner neglect over the years.

Yeah, it was a foreclosure. Neglect was my first thought, but my neighbors informed me that the builders, or whoever, never laid sod in the yard to begin with. They thought it was strange too because we have a pretty strict HOA.

Any volunteers to help us tear the yard up this fall?

Damn 10 acres to CUT? That's a task!!!

I have a self propelled mower, my neighbors are like - you need a riding mower boy. lol

I hate the maintenance associated with them and i'm too frugal.

That would've been hilarious if the thread ended after this post.

That's weird how that builder slacked off.

I'll update landscaping photos and exterior enhancements as they come.
