I hear that milk isn't really good for you after you become an adult. Is this true? If so, how is it bad for you and what will it cause that isn't good? Later, QD.
I did read somewhere once that mammals are not supposed to have much milk after they reach maturity. Not exactly sure why though. I know I used to drink a lot and when I was like 22 it caused kidney stones. Since then I hardly drink it. I don't know how many of you have had one but I promise after you do, you will never want another.![]()

The commercial said something along the lines of ..
to much calcium for an adult is not good or something.. after your bones stop growing , calcium is not needed or some shit like.. But I never saw the commercial again.

Milk is good for you, now consuming to much would probably be unhealthy but alot of foods are if you constantly consume to much of it.
I drink soy milk., I think I'm lactose intolerance, because my stomach burn after drinking regular cows milk. I like the taste of soy too. So....
