ebay! Bought a set of 5 lacoste polos the other day for $78 plus shipping. They came in yesterday, look great, authentic, and very nicely priced. They're originally $79 in store according to the tag.

www.zappos.com is good for shoes, they got free returns and free return shipping in case the shoes dont fit.

They are fake then. Authentic Lacoste shirts are only priced at $72 for solid colors.

yeah i bet they are fake...even if they have tags and wrapping they could still be fake. theres many ways to tell if a lacoste is real or not...

if the buttons look the same. authentic lacoste polos have mother of pearl buttons, which means no button will look exactly alike
the crocodile should be halfway between the first button and the bottom of the slit..if its even with the bottom of the slit, its a fake
the material is much heavier and overall higher quality...itll be easy to tell from the material.
also, lacoste only makes sizes up to a 9. to my knowledge, any size higher than a 9 is prolly a fake. ive seen em on ebay all they way up to a size 11 and 12 LOL

Just checked out all 5 of the shirts I had, and the passed all the things you said, mine is a size 7. And that was just a typo, the tags did say $72 on them.

As a sidenote, I wore one to costco one day to compare with, because they had lacoste polos for sale at $40/shirt. And I could not find one visual difference, or material difference between their shirts and mine.

Without seeing them i was guessing they were fake, alot of fakes on ebay have a $79 price tag for a solid color, when they are all $72 retail. This is a good thing to keep your eye open for among other reasons.

once again i apologize for bringing it back from the dead, i didnt check the date and id already clicked submit
