Which one would you rather get?

My girlfriend and I are debating which dog to get. She prefers the King Charles which i think is hideous and ugly with giant fish eyes and i want to get a Shiba Inu which is a mini fox/husky lookin dog. which would you prefer?

Fucking landslide. I hate King Charles. They are annoying little dogs and they cost out the ass. It's hard to find, but you can adopt Huskies.

Speaking of that, I saw some guy yesterday with THREE huskies. WOW. I would just love to have one.

yea initially i wanted a husky but they get really big, eat a lot, and you have to keep them constantly groomed because of the weather.

get a full blooded female husky from a reputable breeder. their avg weight is around 45 lbs. males avg weight is usually around 60ish which is far from REALLY big. you might be thinking of a malamute and yes... those get quite large. huskies are amazing dogs. very loyal, protective, but still good with people. i had one for 15 years. i will have another one.

That King Charles looks like a friend of mine's dog Mickey and he's such a little f4ggot but that Shiba looks more like a Chow than anything in the second picture.

I grew up with dogs and they are just not my thing. I like to travel and it was always a pain trying to take care of the dog. I know different breed are better for different ppl. And as far as being a lazy ass....Far from it. As far as yoru ass. Dunno what the hell jump up it but damn kid. Chill. Real talk.

And why the sudden hostility towards my girl? She was only saying she would rather have a reptile instead of a dog. Reptiles require a lot of work too, but not nearly as much as dogs. Dogs require a ton of attention and do take a lot more time to care for. She was only stating her preference as to which type of animal she'd rather have. Nothing more than that. To each their own. Come on man, j00 mah boy...ease up.

if i had to pick between those two, shiba inu hands down. however, if i may make a suggestion... i've always believed in not so much worrying about the breed, but more the personality of the dog. i always suggest trying a mixed breed (or even pure breed, when they have them) adopted from either the humane society or one of the rescue shelters. over the years, i and my friends have adopted dogs from rescue shelters and they have become very important parts of our families. mixed breeds tend to have less health issues vs. pure breeds (many problems due to the almighty $$$, so lots of inbreeding by greedy people). in addition, i've noticed that mixed breeds that we have adopted have been very loyal members of our family and are generally friendlier and easier to train vs. pure breeds. Various rescue shelters and sometimes the humane society set up on saturdays at most of the petsmarts around the area. if you and your girl would consider that option, you both could give a good abandoned dog a chance at a new life at your home. good luck whichever you decide.

that makes me miss my husky... i had a full blood siberian husky.. he got killed a few months ago by a drunk drive that swerved into my driveway to hit him
