Well let me get in this one. Reggaeton music is like dance hall music, but just got a dry sound to it. Saturday I turned on Caliente and I'm not latino, they had some group(two dudes) and they sang(rapped) two songs. Both songs had the exact same beat, just the words were different. The problem is w/out understanding the words it make no sense to the rest of the audience(non hispanic). The beat is so basic and boring is a sample of rthymn used in dancehall about ten years ago. I have a question to my latino brothers, why when Mexican guys go out to the store(Walmart) they always in a group? Can't anyone go anywhere by themselves? There always like the whole family? Next why the women dress like they are going to the club or church but the guy in blue jeans or homeboy wear? Please don't answer back w/ racial overtones, I'm just trying to understand another culture. That's all.
By the way "jerk" is a seasoning used to flavor the food used mostly in Jamaica. :confused:

1. they are probably illegal, and cannot drive legally in the US.. or because they send all their money to mexico, they cannot afford a car, so usually they all have one or two friends that drive and they take that opportuinty to go shop together. remember.. this isnt a lifestyle really, these people just came in to get what they want and go back to their families, and they are jewing up around everything to get the most they can back home.
