That is no different than completing a 5 year prison sentence then complaining that you cannot carry a concealed weapon. As much as it sucks, I have to say I agree with this. I understand you are remorseful for what you did, and many people get away with it while you got caught - it doesn't seem fair. But you broke the law and were caught doing so, and the consequences had been spelled out.
