$1100 for a 3 bed 2.5 bath, 2 car garage on a 1/4 acre in lawrenceville. its 1921 sq ft., built in 2004 for me.

yeah, the rent you pay to the landlord/seller goes towards the total...but they'll add on to the sale price whatever interest they feel like. That's why I suggest a good lawyer to go over the contract.

I know a few people that have "sold" houses like that, unfortunantly for the buyer they almost always end up getting the house back due to default.

My old house was $1200 a month, 5 bedroom, 3 bath. I was renting, had 2 roomates. Then they sold the house, so now i room with Charles from Mainstream until i find another place.

I would love to buy a house, but i dont want to take on that big a financial obligation at this point in time. Im looking at renting a house in the smyrna,powder springs, douglasville areas

Dont know how many square feet but its bigger than most 2b/2b ive been in. We have a covered front porch and also a decent size back porch. Nice front and back yard and a big driveway too.
