Ah........its the life we live.

It's illogical to believe that we should not get paid for our work. Everyone knows nothing in this world is free. It's our craft, our skill, the "top dogs" of the business can't pull the shit out their ass to save their life, so they turn to us to do it for them, so yes you are going to pay me for my work, this is not a friendship this is a business. Although I make it look easy (it is fun to be because I love to write, I love what I do) I still deserve to get paid for it.

A fellow reporter and I were just discussing this yesterday lol. Printed Press as we know it is dwindling more and more, it gets harder for us to make a dollar when everyone is turning to the net and away from the papers. But we still deserve to get paid for our work. That's when the "top dog" should decided to put the paper on the net, focus more with the website and keep up with the times to keep the paper going. Cause if it stays on the track is it now, it won't be long before it caves in.

*steps off soapbox*

Needless to say, I agree with this guy, he speaks the truth. lol.
