My parents just started Indian/Punjabi catering service, Royal Tandoori Catering. Everything from Naans, stuffed paranthas (rotis) to tandoori chicken, butter chicken, chicken tikka, chiken-goat-lamb-fish briyani, pulau, samosa, alloo ticki, veg pakoras & non veg apkoras, chanaa masaala, shaahi paneer, lot more. Desserts: gulab jamun, rus malai, rasgulla, etc. I am working on getting site up with menu.
