i guess in your case you'll have to be robbed at every place in btw those 2 points before you'll start carrying regulary? really don't see the logic in that...what if you're walking out of your house and get robbed? or walking into the door at your place of work? what're you going to do? ask them politely to wait a min while you retrieve your gun?
