Its not a matter of how far you run, but you have to continuously run for 35 minutes+ without stopping or you WILL be sorry. For the evaluation you have to run a mile and a half in under 11:47 but shoot for less than 9:30.Originally Posted by tron
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays you will run. Tuesdays thursdays and Saturdays you will do pushups, situps, and it is tough.
