Zyka (Decatur)- Good, a little expensive, greasy, food is not too newb friendly
Bhojanic (Decatur)- Fusion, Good, a lot of food for the price... [The Thali-combos of 1-2 meat(s) 1-2 veggie(s)] very newb friendly
Lal Quila (off Britt Road on Jimmy) - Pretty freaking good depending on when the food is made. I've had horrible food and good food from them but they have a wide naan selection. Eh I wouldn't risk it as a newb.
Mirch Masala (Decatur) - Its not the best but is up there, It is expensive
Madras Sarvana Bhavan (Decatur) - Vegetarian, very newb friendly taste wise, knowing what to order not so much.

That's all i can think of so far, I'll add more later as far as Moghuls, I haven't had it in years but I remember it being good.
