I had the exact same thing happen to me, right out of the box. I was PISSED.....until I figured out that is was USER ERROR.....I kept holding with my weak hand at the top of the mag where it meets with the well......my fingers were accidentally holding the spring down thereby causing the misfeeds. Once I figured that out, not a single ejection/feed problem since. Once I sighted her in......OMG, it's dead on balls on the money.....
It always happend to me when the gun was on a rest. Nothing touching the mag.
