i looked at one of these used and i really liked it, i want to rent one and an XD sometime real soon.
I own an XD as well in .40 and I love it.

I don't think the slide on my P228 is too wide, but I could be mistaken. I have acquaintances that carry Glocks IWB w/ no problem. Maybe it is my holster...
