in need of a real estate agent....
been in the market for a new home for over a year now... still haven't found a real estate agent that has been able to suit our needs. not quite sure if its their inability to find a sick deal or our inability to settle on something that just doesn't feel right. we are open to either a 3 or 4 bedroom house in the northview/peachtree ridge highschool area or possibly a 3 bedroom apartment/condo/townhouse in the buckhead/midtown area.
for the house, if its a 3 bedroom must be 2 full baths or more, if its a 4 bedroom, must be 3 full baths. at least one side brick if not 3 or 4 side brick. NO STEEP DRIVEWAYS!!! must have decent space between the houses too.. can't stand these new developments where all the houses are basically touching each other.
as for the condo/townhouse/apartment, if its not a ridiculously a sick deal, don't waste your time. im not about to deal with traffic over a savings of 10-20k. must be able to have pets. must have an easy way to access major highways. the only way i'd really consider living in this area (buckhead/midtown) is if the deal was just too good to pass up.
