It is smelly, but while I was smoking I kinda liked the smell on my hands. This has been hard, but things are looking up. I have realized that there is much more to life than a cigg every day. I have used a lot of focus and meditation to help me through it and it works. Focus on the negative aspects of it and it can be rather easy.

If you really wanna quit, try to quit for a week. Make a goal to not smoke for a whole week. Then after that try to make a goal for a month, and so on until you quit. Smoking one just starts the process over again.
