2012 is in alot of different text, there is only one certain thing that is going to happen, a pole shift, and what that can bring no one knows yet. If we want to get biblical, Jesus said" i will be with you till the end of the AGE" not the end of the world. 2012 is also the end of an age, Pisces (the fish/jesus) ushering in a new age auqeries*sp, the water bearer, represnting a great flood, not of actual water, but of knowledge,understanding,spirituality,war etc...

But like i said the only true thing we know will happen is a pole shift.... only time will tell

At the time of dec 21, 2012, the SUN will reverse its magnetic poles, BUT that already has happened 2 or 3 times in your lifetime depending on how old you are on a very short cycle. The Sun will come between the earth and the center of the galaxy on that day as well...that already happens on a smaller scale for the past couple of years as it gets closer and closer, nothing has changed.
