FYI Vicks problem wasnt the actual dogfighting, it was the racketeering and illegal gambling that got him in trouble.

While the dog fighting is totally cruel and demeaning and stupid to be involved with, it was the high price ILLEGAL GAMBLING and psuedo racketeering that got him in trouble

You cant equate Vicks FEDERAL charges with a small misdemeanor , IMO of course
