    Default Don't play with knives.

    Or you'll cut yourself!

    And my weapon of choice

I was cutting something not paying attention, half watching the TV and half trying to get my friends puppy to quit chewing on my shoe. Next thing I know the knife slipped off what I was cutting and sliced the living shit out of my left thumb. Im fairly certain I saw the bone/tendon right before blood started pouring out and I wrapped it with a paper towel. Had to drive home with just my right hand and my gf took me to the E-room.

Ten years of carrying a pocket knife and this is the first time I've cut myself bad.
I believe I barely missed a tendon but I won't really know until the swelling goes down to see if I can bend my thumb up.

Lol..I could see the bone. They told me if I didn't come get stitches it would've gotten infected immediately. Also got a prescription for antibiotics.

I've also had that knife for about 5 years now as well.

Of course they tell you that... they see $$$ in medical expenses LOL

I would have just sucked on it, then put a band aid over it. Right as rain...
