so i have been working out for about 3 years now, two of which i wasnt the most knowledgeable person when it came to what to do. Over the past year i have gained a significant amount of weight. about this time last year i was 165. now im 193 getting closer and closer to my goal. i hope to reach near 200 by hte next two months and 220 by summer.

for those of you who have worked out. how much bigger have you gotten, has it been a hard thing for you to do? im curious.
