Default Does anyone know any good/cheap movers?

My husband and I are moving in December and we are looking to hire some movers. We are only moving to another apt in the same complex, but we have moved so much since we have been married that....we are kinda tired of it. Anyways, we want someone insured and licensed, because if something was broken......we wouldn't be out money wise and it would be replaced or something. They really only have to move the big stuff washer, dryer, bedroom furniture, big screen TV, dining room table, sofa....stuff like that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

4 friends and a couple 12 packs should get you moved in an afternoon if you only need them to move big stuff.

Well the past two times I had my dads friends work for a case of beer, but I really don't want to ask them again cause I feel bad. And I want as little done by my family as I can since we are hiring someone.....We got a call yesterday for $285 flat rate....is that good? I think it sounds pretty good, but I am not sure.

Oh man, you should look at them really closely. They go balls out over hard work and get right to it and get the job done. In and out so fast you'd think they were a lube service. Believe me, they'll do you good. If you want more info, I'll be glad to post it. Later, QD.
