i'm just curious to see if there's anyone here who practices the baha'i faith or even knows/understands what it is?
i've been looking into it a lot lately, and i must say i'm deeply interested. it seems like i've always held the bahai faith ideology, i just didn't know what to call it. i tend to view myself as an open minded individual (mostly when it comes to those things that TRULY matter in life), and have been struggling to find a religion or faith whose practices i can whole-heartedly identify with. i guess the biggest issue that i've been having is most religions/faiths tend to miss out on the actual grass-roots of RELIGION (one God, self-sacrafice, and unity).
for those that're interested in the specifics...here's a link: http://www.bahai.org/
i'd like to get some of your views on it, and have a "healthy" discussion/debate. tomorrow i will be attending a baha'i church/community center which is pretty exciting for me, and i should have a story or two to share.
