For the jewish peeps on the board

I have talked to a few of you but im curious.. Are both of your parents jewish.. and if not.. how have you got to expierence both of their religons..

Both of my parents are jewish.. On my dads side my grandfather is a Cantor.. and On my moms side they are all cohens...as I am a Bas cohen.. Most of my family has all disowned me for dating Scott who is an Irish Christian.. I feel it is their loss.. Of course I wouldnt be me with judiasm.. but I also believe that I cant help who I fell in love with.. I want my children to expierence both of our religons.. I dont want to force anything on them..what are you takes on that as well?

I am jewish by race, not by religion.

And like many people have said, it is almost easier to date someone out of your race then out of your religion. It's happened to me and close friends of mine, but good luck with your situation.
