It's completely feasable that something like this is being put in place. I mean it is true about the North American Union. They don't want people thinking about that kind of stuff. People in government will always want more and more power, I'm sure Bush would love to be head of the world government. If the government tries to put a chip in my wrist I'll be on the streets of DC in the middle of the riot.

Sorry, should've referenced the video. Just the fact that it has gotten pretty much no media exposure, and the formation of something like that should definitely be known by the public. Plus the fact that it was agreed upon by Bush with no consent of congress or the people in general. Makes me wonder what the real intentions for the whole plan are.
