Default going to college, which school should i go to? i have 2 choices...

I am looking to become a high performance/racing engine builder and i figure since i already know what i like to do i might as well go to school for it,
First choice is SAM, which is the school of automotive machinists. There, they supposedly teach block building/machining/blueprinting and head machining/porting/building/blueprinting, etc. and engine assembly and then test the student-built motors on a dyno.

Second choice is the WyoTech High Performance Powertrain program. They teach,
    Engine block design
    Rotating and reciprocating assemblies
    Performance camshaft and valvetrain variations
    Fuel injection management systems
    Ignition control systems
    Systems upgrades
    Electronic engine management system
Computer reprogramming and calibration for outcome parameters
Modifications and power train tuning for improved performance
Chassis dynamometer verification of performance outcomes
Now what i was wondering was, which one would work out better for someone who would like to end up working in a shop like Mainstream or FORGED or any of those places? Or should i go to both of the schools?

Id say SAM, the only reason i say this is because when i was going through school for Automotive Technology i asked my instructor what he thought about WyoTech, and he said that they moved at to fast of a pace to really learn anything.

EDIT:better to be a master of one trade than a jack of all trades.
