You just gave the worst advice I've heard in a long time
. The job market is saturated with people "learning others' jobs" and then thinking they can conquer the world.
How many opportunities do you see about people just, "Letting contractors in because they learned someone's job" ??? Also, where do you think these people will meet Networking employers if they ask for Job advice on an Import Car Forum?
Be real with people-
It's even more competitive now than it was a couple years ago, and that's where I'll leave this.
