you just need to do cardio, cut back on your calories from fat/simple carbohydrates, and you should be set.
There is no way to burn fat in a specific area, yeah you can workout that area and it will build muscle, but that muscle is not going to show if you are not trying to burn fat away.
There isn't one specific exercise that will "burn fat" from a specific region of the body, so just hit the ground running (literally) and diet a little better and you'll be set
