I do agree its a good idea, it would just never work. possibly as a means of entering College or other type tests, like those required for normal schooling (immunization shots etc.) or possibly work related "required" testing that would be the only legal way about it that i could see...though there would still be plenty of law suits to test it. In the end, if we make it manditory that a once yearly AIDS test must be given, then we would have to think about all the other viruses/diseases/cancers etc that we should be testing for as well. Heart disease still kills more americans anually than any other virus or disease or cancer....yet there is still no manditory testing required. think about it

And honestly I would think in that situation some sort of Marshall Law would take affect.... Where there was no vote...
