    Default Need some help guys

I didnt know where to put this so Ill just post it here.

My grandfather passed away back in Jan. 06, he lived with me for the last 2 years before that. I learned so much from him, from cars to just life things. Whats right/wrong in life. I want some help making a sticker or something to put on the back window of my truck he was helping me build. He never got to see it finished (its still not) so I want to finish in his memory, its so hard too because he was always right there with me no matter what I was doing. I havent even driven the truck since he passed away, but Im going to finish what we started for him.

So if someone would help me out Id be most grateful. Suggestions welcome. Thinking something like this. Im not 100% sure of the dates so Ill get that ASAP.

    In loving memory of
    Fred "Papa" Hewell

sorry to hear about the loss, i know the feeling with my grandfather.
how about his name across the top of the front windshield and the dates at the bottom of it?
or you could name the truck in his name.

Honestly, and not to sound bashing, that would be tacky. I'd keep it a simple vinyl deal, probably on the back window. Or MAYBE the tailgate. Something along the lines of:

    Dedicated to Fred "Papa" Hewell

    or

    Inspired by Fred "Papa" Hewell

    With dates underneath.

    Later, QD.

"In memory of" is so overused, I think, and to make it more of an inspiration, I think it would be cool to use that term. I personally like the "inspired" use better. Later, QD.

I got to thinking, either the inspired by or dedicated to one would look slick on the tailgate done by hand. Kinda like the old school style pin stripping you know.
