Drawing a parallel between the 16th amendment and Obama's plan to tax the wealthiest people doesn't really produce a meaningful example of anything except a logical fallacy.

Because we're running a record deficit, that's why. Also, lol @ whoever said a lot of good things came out of Bush's term.
