When I worked for ogeechee steel INC i was up by 4:30 to make it to swainsboro by 6AM. worked 6am-4:30pm monday-thursday... sometimes through saturday. we were putting out sometimes 400 tons of iron a week. I could work on 4 hours of sleep... never been late for work in my whole life and never been a slacker.
I usually get 5 hours of sleep now that im not working, just because im online really late on craigslist and other sites finding profitable stuff.

I'd like to sleep as little as possible. Usually up by 6 everyday, work doesn't begin until 9. I can't sleep in, it ruins my entire day.

I think i run better off of 6 hours rather then 10 which i get on some weekends. Problem with me is i feel glued to my bed if i don't get out the first time my alarm clock buzzes.
I have a problem with resetting the alarm 5 times before getting up and then i'm just groggy.

i hate sleeping in because I like to enjoy my day longer, but it never happens. I go to bed about 330am and wake up at about 1130am. very bad habit. I just can't go to sleep early enough.
I take classes online so I have no use waking up early, and work start for me at 1130 and takes me 15 mintues to get ready and less than 5 minutes to get to work.
But, starting fall, I'll have school at 8am. I actually can't wait, I want a normal sleeping habit again!

it differs for me from day to day really. I worked at Lowe's and had to wake up at 4am every morning to get there on time and worked till 3pm. Id get home and not go to sleep till around 11. Most of the time i did fine but some times id just feel like ass and not be able to wake up. I would have to sleep in on my day off to get back into where i felt good only after 5 or so hours of sleep.
Life is a thought, think about it.
7 or 8 on weekdays. I have to be up by 6:40. Weekends all i want..

i try to count how many house but i just seem to pass out afterwards
i get as many as 10 hours during the week and depending on if i work on the weekend i can get as much as 11 hours. i work night shift so i stay up as late as i want and sleep till whenever i wake up. my work schedule is 2:15pm-11:00pm...i went to bed at 1:30am and i just woke up about 10 minutes ago!
i dont get enough. lol i get 7-8 sometimes and still cant focus on anything for a few hours cuz im sooo tired.
Gezzzzz, not enough! Weekdays around 4-5hrs and Weekends 6-7hrs. I have a major sleeping disorder.. Now their alot of weekdays that I can't get to sleep until like 4:30 to 5:00 and have to be up by 7:00am so yeah I feel it that day but still stay up around the same time that night.

The easiest thing you can do to stay healthy is sleep the appropriate amount - 8 hours.
I can go to sleep at 1:00 AM and be up at 6:00 AM for work no problem but I still tend to hit the sack around 10:00 PM.

during the summer, i get about 8... out at 4 wake up after noon.
monday & wednesdays, i go to bed the night before at 2/3 and wake up at 9.
tuesday, thursdays, fridays, and weekends is the same as summer.
so 7 to 8 hours... some weekends i dont even sleep.
Crazy I see this.. for the past 6 month, I havent been getting any sleep about 3 hours at night and a one hour nap *maybe in the afternoon... **** wasnt right... I thought it was due to all the stress 2008 has given me..I checked my blood pressure, **** was as high as 160/90.. I was like WTF... still getting no sleep... I starting doing some research online.. Found out there is something called Sleep Apnea...
I was like hnm.. I got some over the counter pills, **** never worked... I would fall asleep while driving.. I called Paul's Wife.. she reccomended going to the doctor and ****..
Finally went to the doctor, Yup.. got sleep Apnea... today actually, I had to go again for final studies and schedule a sleep study ....
According to the Doctor 1 in every 20 americans have it and dont even know it.
I had it for a min of about 11 years now.. never knew it.. thats after all the Diagonostic he did they figure out atleast how long is been...
I have to be up @ 4:15 M to F.. sometimes I would spend all night watching movies .. Incuding going 3 days with no sleep or signs of sleep..
Talk about some ****ed up ****...
Thats crazy Julio...maybe thats what I have. I haven't slept over 4 hours at a time in 5 or 6 years.

Sleep 8 hours every day. wake up by 7a.m then leave at 8a.m with my dad to construction. Without the 8 hours, i will get very annoyed at work in the heat.
