The last thing anyone needs to do is "look" for a job on the Internet. If you want a job so bad, instead of posting on forums, go out and actually look for one. It shows more character, more gumption, more drive and more willingness to get off your ass and do something. I've heard time and time again about how a lot of good companies will NOT hire over the Internet. That shows laziness 100%. Giving "advice" about Monster.com or careerbuilder is advice given by people that really don't care about working or showing they have a desire to get out and go for it. Later, QD.

Thats true. As a manager. If someone calls and asks if we are hiring, I will say no. But If someone comes in with a resume and looks presentable, I will take the resume, and if I can, talk to them for a few and try to figure out how good of a candidate they would be for a position. Make sure you dress well. Not a suit per say but a polo (if you dont have tattoos) or a button up (oxford style) shirt, slacks or Kakhis (not cargo) and dress shoes or loafers. Make sure your hair is neat, and you have shaved. And clip your fingernails...(<---That kills me the most)
I'm just that guy that spends all his time printing.... T-shirts, banners, vinyl, etc.
