a diet is 75% a good body. I would try and stick with water and juices. Cardio is great for loosing wieght. But i would deffenitly start lifting wieghts as well. Make sure you lift wieghts then run if your going to do it the same day. don't run first. 5'9" 180 is a good wieght if you have a low body fat %. Diet is the most important thing though. Good luck!
