Also, Mussolini wasn't a socialist either.

The failure of this argument is threefold, not only was Mussolini not a socialist, his decline from power was the result of military action and not economic implosion and it does nothing to disprove what in fact is happening right now with socialistic countries enjoying a higher standard of living than the United States.

Socialism is about some kind of redistribution of wealth for the benefit of the whole population.

Communism is about COMPLETE CONTROL AND OWNERSHIP OF THE ECONOMY BY THE STATE.

Short version, socialism works, it works better than what we have going on here, Communism and Socialism have about as much in common as our own economic system and communism. Napoleon wasn't a socialist, as far as I know never even set foot in Italy and died about a hundred years before the rise of fascism and I'm still shocked you're dumb enough to put Mussolini and Napoleon in the same sentence.
