Tuna is really good with light mayo, celery, and a lil vinegar for flava.
Eat it as a sandwich, with crackers, celery.. fork? Bread probably being the most filling. But if your trying to stay healthy get healthy bread too cause bread or even crackers will make you stack up carbs and calories pretty quick.

I eat tuna in a ton of different ways, but you just have to be careful of how much and often you eat it.
Tuna salad: 2 cans of tuna (yellow fin is the best), 1 boiled egg (chopped up), 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cupchopped red onions, 2-3 table spoons of Conola Mayo and sometimes a hint of dijon mustard (to add some sweetness like relish would). 2 cans of Tuna, half a cup brown rice and 1/4 italian dressing. this is what i used to eat 2-3 times a day while cutting weight/bulking up for wrestling season. Its a taste you sometimes have to get used to, but after awhile i really liked it.

Spicy Tuna Fillet: 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, 1/3 cup lemon juice, minced 3 large shallots, minced 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 bunch cilantro, leaves only, finely chopped
6 (6 ounce) pieces of tuna fillet, and Vegetable oil for greasing the grill. Cook on a super hot grill, only leaving it on long enough to "warm" the middle. Serve with some brown rice or baked potato, it is so good! this is something you can even wow a gf with on a "stay at home date" and still eat healthy yourself
or the hundred of other ways to eat tuna healthy......just try and stay away from using too much mayo with it......you'll find tuna is so much better with other items added to it
I'm on a very similiar "diet/work out routine" to the one originally posted. Though i only work out 4-5 times a week and only once a day taking the weekends off usually. In about a months time i've gone from 175 to 162. Thats just changing my diet while having kept the same work out routine. No more Soda's (finally broke my caffene addiction) eat smaller portions 4-5 times a day, and not eat till im full, and am getting more and more careful of what i eat/drink. I havent had fast food an entire month now and it really shows![]()
