    Oh ok I'm trying to find a different type of diet. One that can put on weight to gain more muscle

    well that'll do it dude, you still need to eat what I listed though..Just because its got everything essential for your body..I'm gaining weight something serious, but I'm shredding body fat...does that mean I'm losing weight? HELL NO! Just remember Muscle weighs more than FAT!! If your looking to gain weight..thats the diet to roll with..b/c its got everything you need...

    Make sure you get 1gram of protien for every pound you weigh each day at a minimum

    Your welcome! I recently became a personal trainer so this stuff gets me amp'd up hahaha lmk if ya have any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer them
